How to generate a quiz
Sharda Quiz lets you generate quizzes from almost any content source. Here's how:
Steps
- Tap the Generate Quiz button on the home screen.
- Choose a content source (see options below).
- Set your quiz settings (subject, topic, difficulty, number of questions, etc.).
- Tap Generate and wait for your quiz to be created.
Content sources
Source | Description |

Text | Type or paste any text |
Camera | Photograph a page from your book or notes |
Gallery | Select images from your phone gallery |
PDF / DOCX / TXT / RTF | Upload a document file |
YouTube | Paste a YouTube video link |
Webpage | Paste any webpage link |
After generation
Once your quiz is ready, you'll be taken to the quiz instructions screen. Tap Start to begin.
Why is generation taking long?
- Pro Mode with large documents can take up to 2–3 minutes. This is normal.
- Fast Mode is quicker — try it if you're in a hurry.
- If it fails, tap Retry. Contact support if the problem repeats.
