How coins are used — complete breakdown

Coins are deducted each time you use an AI-powered feature. Here is exactly how many coins each action costs.

Regular text question	1 coin per message
Web search question	10 coins per message
Solve from image (photo/gallery)	5 coins per image
Thinking Mode	2 coins per message

Examples:

You ask "What is photosynthesis?" → 1 coin deducted.
You ask "Solve: d/dx (x² + 3x)" (maths formula) → 5 coins deducted.
You ask "Latest RBI repo rate 2025" (web search enabled) → 10 coins deducted.
You photograph a question and ask AI to solve it → 5 coins deducted.

Examples:

Generate a 20-question quiz from text → 10 + 20 = 30 coins
Generate a 10-question quiz from a YouTube video → 20 + 10 + 10 = 40 coins
Generate a 50-question quiz from a PDF (3 pages) → 15 (OCR) + 10 + 50 = 75 coins

Tip: Use Fast Mode for shorter quizzes and text-based content to save coins. Pro Mode costs the same in coins but produces better questions.

If you are a Premium subscriber, AI usage does not deduct coins — your subscription covers your usage quota.

Your current coin balance is always visible on the home screen and in Settings → Coins.
