Coins not credited after purchase


  1. Wait up to 5 minutes — the verification process can take a few minutes.
  2. Force-close and reopen the app.
  3. If coins still don't appear, contact support with your transaction ID.


Subscription not activated


Same steps as above — wait 5 minutes, restart, then contact support.


Requesting a refund


Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy.


  • Google Play purchases — Refunds can be requested through the Google Play refund process.
  • Cashfree purchases — Contact us via in-app support chat.


For any payment issue, always provide your transaction ID — this allows us to resolve your issue faster.
