Why didn't I receive the welcome bonus?
New users receive a welcome bonus of 600 coins after completing their profile. However, this bonus is only granted to genuinely new accounts and to new users.
Reasons you may not receive the bonus
1. Duplicate account
If an account has previously been created by you and claimed the welcome bonus, additional accounts created on the same device are not eligible for the bonus.
This is an automatic fraud prevention measure. Our system identifies devices, not just accounts.
2. Account already claimed the bonus
Each account can only claim the welcome bonus once. If you've already received it, it will not be granted again.
3. Profile not fully completed
The welcome bonus is triggered after you complete the AI onboarding (set your exam, subject, and preferences). If onboarding was not completed, the bonus may not have been granted yet.
4. High fraud risk signal
If our system detects suspicious signals on your account or device, bonus eligibility may be denied.
What should I do?
If you believe you should have received the bonus but didn't:
- Make sure you have completed onboarding (Settings → Profile should show your exam and subjects).
- Contact support via Settings → Help → Chat with us.
