App crashes or blank screen
Steps to resolve
- Force-close the app and reopen it.
- Check for an app update on the Google Play Store — always use the latest version.
- Clear app cache: Phone Settings → Apps → Sharda Quiz → Storage → Clear Cache.
- Restart your device and reopen the app.
- If the issue persists, reinstall the app.

- What you were doing when it crashed
- Your Android version and phone model
- The app version (visible in Settings → About)
