App crashes or blank screen


Steps to resolve


  1. Force-close the app and reopen it.
  2. Check for an app update on the Google Play Store — always use the latest version.
  3. Clear app cache: Phone Settings → Apps → Sharda Quiz → Storage → Clear Cache.
  4. Restart your device and reopen the app.
  5. If the issue persists, reinstall the app.


Uninstalling and reinstalling will not delete your account data — it is stored on our servers. Your locally stored revision data however may be lost unless you've used the Backup feature.


Still crashing?


Contact support via Settings → Help → Chat with us and tell us:

  • What you were doing when it crashed
  • Your Android version and phone model
  • The app version (visible in Settings → About)


We'll grant you free coins if your reported crash is found to be genuine.
