Login and sign-in issues


OTP not received (phone login)


  • Make sure your phone number is entered correctly.
  • Wait 60 seconds and request a new OTP.
  • Check that your SMS inbox is not full.
  • Check if you have signal / mobile data.


Email verification not received


  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure the email address entered is correct.
  • Tap Resend Verification Email from the login screen.


Google Sign-In failed


  • Make sure a Google account is set up on your device.
  • Try signing out of Google from your device settings and signing back in.
  • Update the Google Play Services app if it's outdated.


Passkey login not working


  • Passkeys require a compatible Android device with biometrics set up.
  • Make sure your device's screen lock (fingerprint/PIN) is active.


If none of the above works, contact support via Settings → Help → Chat with us with your registered phone number or email and the error message you see.
