OTP not received (phone login)
- Make sure your phone number is entered correctly.
- Wait 60 seconds and request a new OTP.
- Check that your SMS inbox is not full.
- Check if you have signal / mobile data.
Email verification not received
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure the email address entered is correct.
- Tap Resend Verification Email from the login screen.
Google Sign-In failed
- Make sure a Google account is set up on your device.
- Try signing out of Google from your device settings and signing back in.
- Update the Google Play Services app if it's outdated.
Passkey login not working
- Passkeys require a compatible Android device with biometrics set up.
- Make sure your device's screen lock (fingerprint/PIN) is active.
