Quiz generation is stuck or failing

Generation is taking long

Pro Mode with large documents can take up to 3–4 minutes — this is normal.
If it appears stuck beyond 5 minutes, check your internet connection.
If it fails, tap Retry.

Tips to fix generation failures

Check your internet connection — AI generation requires a stable connection.
Try Fast Mode instead of Pro Mode.
If using a PDF or document, make sure the file is not corrupted or password-protected.
Reduce the number of questions (e.g., try 10 instead of 50).
Try a smaller or simpler input.

If generation keeps failing after multiple attempts, contact support via Settings → Help → Chat with us and describe what source/content you were using.
