Our support team is available through in-app chat.

In-app chat (fastest)

1. Open the app
2. Go to **Settings → Help → Chat with us OR **Contact from home screen using the Chat.
3. Type your message — our team will reply as soon as possible

What to include in your message

For faster resolution, include:

• A clear description of the issue
• Your registered phone number or email
• Any transaction ID (for payment issues)
• Your phone model and Android version (for technical issues)
• Screenshots if possible
