Sharda AI not responding


If Sharda AI is not responding or seems stuck:


Check these first


  1. Internet connection — AI features require an active connection. Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data.
  2. Coin balance — if you're out of coins, AI usage is paused. Check your balance on the home screen.
  3. Force-close and reopen the app, then try again.
  4. Wait a few minutes — the server may be temporarily busy.


If the problem continues


Contact support via Settings → Help → Chat with us and describe:

  • What you asked or uploaded
  • Any error message shown


If you see a "quota exceeded" message, your AI usage limit for the current period has been reached. Upgrade to Premium or purchase more coins.
